What you are using

This is a quotation and referral service operated by Sunshine Coast Tree Removal. Its whole function is to get your job in front of a local tree contractor who can quote it.

The work is not ours. We arrange the introduction; a separate business does the job.

What to expect

Send the form and the tree contractor covering your area receives it. Expect a call about the job, and a quote from them if you ask for one.

The price in that quote is the tree contractor's. We do not decide it and we cannot commit them to it.

Nothing here is a quote and nothing here is an offer to carry out work.

Your agreement is with the tree contractor

The contract for the work is between you and the tree contractor. We are not a party to it. They carry the responsibility for the job and for anything that has to be fixed.

Do your own checking before you commit. Ask the business what it is entitled to do, read its terms, and have the scope written down.

Availability and content

The site goes down sometimes, for maintenance and for reasons outside our hands. We do not promise it is available at all times.

Treat what it says as general description rather than advice about your own job. Your job needs looking at.

Your side of it

Two things. The details you send should be accurate, and they should be yours to send: if you are asking on behalf of someone else, tell them.

The form is for enquiries. It is not for abuse and it is not a channel for selling to us.

Rights you keep

Nothing on this page takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where that law gives you a guarantee that cannot be excluded, it applies whatever is written here.

Governing law

The law of Queensland governs this page, and disputes about it belong in the courts of Queensland.
